In September, 2010 McGuinty made changes to Ontario Auto Insurance. These changes resulted in less coverage for the same costs :
- A 50 % cut in medical and rehabilitation benefits
- A drop in attendant-care benefits
- Income replacement coverage fell to 70% of gross income from 80%
That's right, Ontario drivers now pay the same amount for standard premiums but get a lot less. Insurance companies make more money but Ontario drivers get ripped off.
The McGuinty government has the audacity to issue a press release in October 2010 advising that Auto Insurance rates have dropped by a whopping 0.1% after a 12% increase in the first 3 months of 2010. You do the math.

For this reason McGuinty must go! The McGuinty Liberal government is incompetent.
October 6th please vote and please vote for the candidate most likely to unseat the Liberal!
HST - need I say more?ReplyDelete
Caledonia - OPP runs away like little school girls....how embarrassing to be Canadian!
OLG - its only money....
E Health - its only money...they can dream up more taxes to replace it.
LCBO deposits (refundable only at Beer Stores!) - Wasn't the blue box taking care of this problem?
"Environmental" / Disposal taxes ie. paint, electronics etc.
Blank CD/DVD "royalty" taxes
The Gun Registry (technically not McGuinty, but Liberals just the same!)
Giving Toronto the power to create their own taxes ie. shopping bags, land transfer, license stickers etc. Making the mayor the "bad guy" and not him...weasel!!!
"Stunt driving" law
Other reasons the Fiberals have to go:
HUGE deficit created by HIM
Pesticide ban - the weeds have taken over and my allergies have NEVER been worse! If "enviro" alternatives actually worked, golf courses wouldn't need an exemption!
Smart Meters - learn to live like a Mennonite or go broke!
Good comment Anon. The list is endless... I wish the PC's would hammer the media with McGuinty's record. That's all they have to do is remind people how the McGuinty Liberals have messed up our province beyond recognition.ReplyDelete
